One and All! The sun's out today...and I'm stuck inside the house! =( So I've occupied myself in photoshop trying to improve my anatomy work...though it's a cover to perv on male bodies..like I do >=D

Sigh. But seriously..everytime I'm inside the sun's out..everytime I'm outside rain starts pouring. GAH! Get it right dummy weather!

So I guess I'll give y'all a sneak peak of some yummy goods I've been working on (yes...I HAVE been slacking on the art requests part..sorry >_<")

I've never done anatomy work in photoshop before, usually prefering to work with pencil and inks, but there's a first time for everything eh!?!
I kind of actually like it xD The pecs are looking nice ahah, though the left arm is kinda short..but I'll correct that when I'm on it.

It's actually quite nice to work on anatomy in photoshop, probably due to the easiness in switching between black and white to create the highlights and shadows of the muscles, rather than the boldness that inks give off.
ALTHOUGH! =_=" It gets quite fiddly and I'm prone to bogging down on detail rather than considering the entire piece as a whole. So gah. But I guess it's a good learning experience and I'm improving my skills.


Before I sign off till next time, I wanted to share with you guys a few photos that my friend took on her camera with her new lense on our photo day out. I think the lense details are f/1.8 50mm, although she changed it to f/2.0, if that makes any sense to the photographers out there >:D...It's currently all a pile of techno language to me right now, though I really want to learn! It's the lense that specialises in portraiture shots and my gosh is it amazing!

BACK on board..

Yo guys! It HAS been ages and I'm so sorry about that! Life has been totally crazy since I got my exam results! AHH!

I'M GOING TO BATH IN OCT TO READ ECONOMICS!

Bam Bam! I can't wait..I'm actually so excited! Soso...updates thus far! I've opened up my art requests again, and my gosh! I've actually got quite a bit to shift through =S...I can barely remember the specifics for each and every request..so I'm going to have to trouble ya'll again when I'm on your pic. Aha.

So far I've gone through three...and then kinda started a few others but took a break this last week LOL. xD

Hmm..sad things that have happened in the last week...my laptop has officially died...it didn't even last for a year, which made me kinda pissed. Apparently my graphics card has overheated...I'm not actually sure how this has happened since my laptop isn't prone to heating up as I always take out the battery when I'm using it at home. SIGH!

On another note, =D one of my mates has passed me Dreamweaver CS4 and OMG! It is actually amazing. I need to fish out 'CSS for dummies' in the library and get cracking, then I can make my blog more exciting!

Hmm..what else. OH YEH! I've been planning on making videos from snaps of photographs of dynamic movement...and maybe even of my artwork.

Hiatus...

Hello my lovelies, hope you're all well and that you all had a wonderful Christmas and New Years.

....I CAN'T believe it's already January...T_T" ...exams are in 2 weeks, in fact my first one is on the 15th. So...I pray a miracle happens and my brain starts kicking into action.

I just came on..(on my bro's comp atm) to tell you guys that I've locked away my laptop, so no internet, no anime/manga and definitely no doodles in photoshop until the 1st of Feb. I have no idea how long this monstrosity will last but at least I'm trying.

This means that ALL art requests have been put on hold. I'm so sorry about this...it was already piling up beforehand and now this happens...SORRY! >_<" I promise I will resume it all with twice the speed once exams are over. So I guess I'll leave you all with a last quick drawing I whipped up in photoshop. The lines started when my dear Sumy came over ;]. Sorry that I didn't post up a Christmas or New Years piece for you guys.
